XLR-8

This game was made as a project for our high school senior year computer science class.

Gameplay

XLR-8 is a top-down racing game that features a variety of gamemodes and many different vehicles to play around with. 

Singleplayer offers a number of missions that can be completed to earn money with which new cars can be unlocked. Furthermore, there's a time trial mode where players can work to perfect their time on the three tracks across Blinford, the city in which XLR-8 is set.

For multiplayer, we offer a free roam mode in which up to four players can drive around the city and change various settings such as traffic density and speed multiplier.

Controls:

• W: Accelerate
• S: Brake
• A, D: Turn left and right
• Space: Confirm
• Esc: Cancel/back
